Who we are
Zen Living provides Airbnb and short-let management services in London and Birmingham. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@zliving.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number, the type of owner you are, and the area or postcode of your property (optional);
- your message, and which service or property your enquiry relates to.
To protect the form from abuse we also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string with each submission. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or forecast you have asked for, and to prevent spam and misuse of the form. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in running and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who processes it for us
Your information is handled by the following service providers, each under a data-processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, delivers it securely and runs the Turnstile anti-spam check on the form.
- Supabase — stores a copy of enquiries in a database located in London, United Kingdom.
- Resend — delivers the enquiry to our mailbox by email.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from the date you send them, then delete them, unless we have started working together, in which case your details become part of our client records.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to deliver the Turnstile check. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to transfer it to you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@zliving.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
